Grace Riza Ti Kieng "Missy" was born and raised in Bacolod City, Philippines. She is very passionate about makeup, hairstyles, beauty, fashion and photography.

She discovered her talent in doing makeup and different hair styles through her experiences when she once joined a beauty pageant in 2002. Ten years later, she decided to pursue her dreams, makeup and hair styling. She took her love for makeup to the next level and became a Certified Makeup Artist from Canada's Top Private Makeup School in 2012 taught by Jessica Simmonds. This was the beginning of a dream coming to life.

In 2013, she was part of the award-winning cosmetic line business for Motives by Loren Ridinger as a Beauty Consultant to enhance her makeup skills. In line with pursuing her ambition, she had attended an advanced training hosted by Tiffiny Luong, a Master of Celebrity Makeup Artist and was a  Certified Motives Custom Blend "compound makeup" Specialist. Added to her makeup techniques, she learned to customized a foundation, blush and lipstick that truly match her clients' skin tone.

In 2014-2017, she started volunteering as a Make-Up Artist at Rogers-TV primarily with iconic talk host/author Rebecca Rosenblat for her various educational tv shows and commercial projects. Rebecca became her role model as an artist, professional and friend. Her influence on film and entertainment industry gave her confidence and utilizing her skills while juggling as a Medical Office Administrator by day and Celebrity Makeup Artist by night.

Ever since, Grace has steadily built an amazing client base from providing hair and makeup services in a wide array of events; weddings, beauty pageants, fashion shows, editorial photo shoots for Magazine publication and TV-Films.

In 2018, she started modeling for Numa Network and found her niche being in front of the camera. The modeling opportunity with Voss Bikini got her first publication with Model Citizen Global Magazine and the rest are history and counting.

In 2019, she took a Styling workshop at Toronto Fashion Academy to expand her creativity. Gaining more knowledge and hands on experience gave her a stronger portfolio to start a styling career someday while she is currently pursuing to become a Certified Health Information Management Professional. Not only Grace enjoys being an artist but she also had a real career in the healthcare field that is why setting a goal in furthering her education will equipped her with a high demand skill-set to provide a future for her daughter.

Her passion for Beauty and Fashion continues that her 15th publication was seen in MFM_Boudoir / McGlory Fashion Magazine, owned and founded by International Stylist Alarick McGlory. What even more rewarding that she finally got her first Model Cover with World Model Hunt Magazine (WMH) for the September Issue on the same year. As a Fashion Stylist, Grace had collaborated with a team to make this editorial shoot successful while building her brand as a model, makeup artist, stylist, entrepreneur and influencer.

Rae Morris, Aussie Makeup Artist, was Grace "Missy" inspiration. It became an eye opener for her to discover her love for makeup and hairstyling.

It all started with an inspiration and vision. A dream come true when she met Rae Morris in person at IMATS Toronto last Nov.9-10, 2013. She is proud to have the opportunity to retouch Rae's makeup at the IMATS show.  It keeps her going every time she referenced back to her makeup books titled: Express Makeup, Beautiful Eyes and Quick Looks. In fact, Rae Morris Makeup Brushes & makeup books helped her to work that Magic of Beauty, transforming many faces. Moreover, Grace gave credit to one of her best friend "Happy", who introduced Rae's bio and gave her the idea to do what she loves. She believes that "THERE IS BEAUTY EVERYWHERE".

Much Love! @Missy_Filchin
